Dear friends and family,

The holiday season can be challenging for many, us included. A time of grief, sadness, addiction, and loneliness. If you are feeling this way during the holiday season, ride the waves of challenging emotions without doing anything you will later regret, not remember, or be able to undo. Seek help! Always remember that people care! We do!

We love the holiday season, from winter solstice on through new year’s; the abundance of generosity, kindness, thoughtfulness, selflessness, magic, faith, tradition, and excitement. A time of birth and rebirth, the bringing on of light, and a time of reflection on the past year with a firm resolve for the year to come.
