Dear friends and family,

The support I have received during this Kickstarter Campaign is unbelievable. I whispered to Savanna the other night just before falling asleep, “It feels so good to have people believe in me.” Those people, are you!

My goal of $3,500 was reached in 3 days, we have now exceeded $5,000 with 28 days left until the end. I can hear the Jeopardy countdown song playing away. 

My editor emailed the other day saying that she will be finished with the line edits by next week and then she will write up a report and send it to me with a phone call sometime in the first week of June. We are getting close to crunch time!  I am anticipating that the publication of Just Like a Soldier will be earlier than the October 1st release date, but anything can happen.
